By submitting your photograph, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Submitting images:

(a) You must be the original author of the photograph and other materials (Photo’s) that you submit to us and be the owner of all the copyright in the Photos. You are responsible for ensuring that (i) we can use the Photo on our Site and in our marketing and promotional materials; (ii) you have the appropriate agreements and releases from all persons (including the subjects) of each Photo all so that we can use and copy the Photo all in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license to Joyful Pictures set out below;
(b) You must not submit obscene, provocative or sexually explicit content to us, if you do then we reserve the right to notify the appropriate authorities;
(c) Joyful Pictures retains the right not to include any Photo on its Site. Joyful Pictures decision is at its absolute discretion and is final;
(d) You shall keep Joyful Pictures indemnified against all actions claims costs damages and expenses arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions.

Your license to Joyful Pictures

In consideration of Joyful Pictures agreement to display the Photo(s) on its Site you grant the free of charge license (i) to use and copy the Photo and to display the Photo on Joyful Pictures’ Site, on Joyful Pictures’ marketing and promotional materials (including advertising), (ii) to use, reproduce and/or copy and affix the Photo to any materials produced by Joyful Pictures or other third parties appointed by Joyful Pictures for promoting its Site, objectives or concepts and (iii) for third parties to copy your Photos in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Site. You may terminate this License on 60 days notice to Joyful Pictures, termination will not affect the right of Joyful Pictures to continue to use the Photo free of charge on materials that are already committed to by Joyful Pictures before the termination date or on materials already in circulation.
